“Thanks to Doug, I’ve progressed from recreational to pro athlete. He is attentive, looks carefully at the data, but also spends time to get to know you as a person. He’s open to new ideas and builds an effective training plan, that feels like it’s mine - not just his. A brilliant coach and all-around good Guy.”

“Working with Doug has allowed me to really explore my potential, while keeping a healthy balance with work and everyday life. He’s enabled me to adapt to my routine at home yet still I see clear progression in my running. He’s so professional, always available, and understanding of the bigger picture along with what it takes to succeed. I also love how aware he is of working with women and their cycles.
